Never thought I would see the day I would defend Renaldo and his united legacy..... However think of Law who not only signed for City but scored the goal that sent them down, don't think that impacted his legacy there, or indeed Barnes and his time over there, he is still one of my favourite City players of all time especially if you exclude the current era. Yes it will suck for a few weeks if he signs for us, but ten years from now no one will give a fuck.
