Pep clearly wanted Kane at all costs, it looks like the club did not feel the same.

Someone has messed up badly, we have had a transfer window when our wealth, position and power should have gives us a huge advantage.

As it is, Chelsea and the Rags have strengthen significantly, we have missed a great opportunity to remain dominant.

Every summer I see people screaming "Txiki out!" and yet we keep on winning.

I've been plenty critical over the years of the club and transfer policy but some of you need to have a bit more faith because the proof is in the pudding.

I'm not so much disappointed that we didn't get Ronaldo but that we may not get a striker. I have said all of this window that I don't mind who it is I just think we play better with one. I think with the quality of players we have and the amount of chances we create that an Ings or even DCL could have worked for us. I'm hoping we can pull out a late signing like Dias but I've got to admit i'm starting to lose faith that we will and God help Sterling, Torres and Mahrez this season they are going to get slaughtered on here.

Really? Beat us 3 in a row, took the most points in the league since tuchel arrived, won the CL and have made a massive signing up tip which was their only problem last season.
