Mate, 2 weeks ago all our ITK's said Kane to City was done & we were just waiting for the Spuds match to be out of the way.

I'm not emotionally invested in this either way, albeit I'd love to have Ronaldo here for 2 seasons, & that's got nothing to do with winding the Rags up.

It's just when it was mentioned Real had made a second improved bid for Mbappé & that City weren't the only club being offered Ronaldo, & that Ronaldo had cleared his locker out & told Juve he was never playing for them again, cautious rumours started to spread that it wasn't odds on that Ronaldo would end up at City, seeing as PSG could potentially need a striker & only be £30m away from fielding a front three of Messi, Ronaldo & Neymar. That's Hollywood, Harlem Globetrotters shit right there mate. :-|
It's not impossible but it's highly unlikely. PSG president was asked about it today and ruled it out

Pep and Ronaldo is going to be dangerous, last time Pep had a superstar he won a treble. And that superstar had the best season of his career. Ronaldo I think is going to blow everyone away under Pep 40 odd goals.

You've seen his scoring record last season right? Outscored lukaku who has just gone for £100 million by 5 and had 8 more than vlahovic who we were looking at for £70 million and 12 more than martinez. And that's in a side that wasn't the best team in the league last year either by the way.

He's 36, of course he's past his best but when his best is so unbelievably far ahead of everybody else bar Messi, you can still be the best player in the league without even trying at his age.
Everyone is being seduced because he's been one of the best player in the world for such a long time, but he's not worth 25 million at 36 years old. Also he is just a stop gap, if we are so professional off the pitch how come we have got to this stage of the transfer without replacing our main centre forward, everybody including our owners know what Levy is like. Forwards should of been scouted long ago not trying desperately to sign a 36 year old in the dying embers of a transfer window.

If he bags the goals for two years, he will be worth more than the £25m we are paying for him. His stats are still phenomenal, you can’t argue against it.

I agree mate. He's perfectly suited to the way we play. We don't need him to run around like Tevez every game, we need a presence in the box and someone to put away the chances we create, particularly in close games against tough opponents. Ronaldo is one of the best to ever do that.

It's still surreal that it looks like this is going to happen, but I think its a great move for him and
Not sure if this post is a wind up or not. If they “can’t” meet in the final,
How would they decide the winner!
They meet in the semi finals don’t they? There’s so much rigging & weighting in the chumps league but pretty sure it teams in same group progress they meet in semis
