Haha, and Taylor blows slightly early, when only 4 minutes were added, in a tournament where extra time is meant to compensate for the wasted time throughout the match.

Even with no goals, quite a lot more than 4 minutes would have seen the ball out of play in that half.

Still, Belgium (specifically Lukaku) did nothing to deserve the win, so fair outcome here.
