Strange that. This is most likely his last World Cup, and he was at his peak.
His peak went 12 months ago mate :(
He's not going to get any better, put it that way.
Needs these three weeks now to just chill in Abu Dhabi with Pep and the boys.
Starting to show a small decline, certainly in terms of his physique and looking heavier, which can happen.
Still world class in moments, but Kev's peak was 28-30.

I texted my lad that post-match I was laughing at the assembled throng in the studio outlining fifty reasons why Belgium are out. I actually think his form in the second half of last season was his best form since the first half of the 17/18 season. Kev’s always been up and down in terms of peak performance, it’s just that his peak is so high that when he isn’t at that level, it feels like a big drop off.
