I thought this would be easy, for 65 minutes Fernandinho completely ran the game. Brilliant performance.

However, you can’t overlook the performances of Ake, Laporte and the one and only Sergio, who looked totally comfortable in that slightly deeper role. That could be a career extending position for him.

Head overrules the heart and I’m voting for Fernandinho.

Aguero, he rolled back the years today he looked fit for the first time this season and capped his performance with a classic goal, I wish he would stay for at least another year, the best goal scorer to play for City ever.

I am disappointed by so many so-called City fans dissing our players. Today we saw how committed 8 players left out of the team that faced PSG mid-week are. Sterling and Jesus in particular deserved a goal each, and they might be accused of trying a bit too hard, but I am sure they will both contribute in our remaining games. Great to see Aguero showing his class one more time today, hope he gets more chances to shine again before he leaves. For all you critics who claim to support City, I suspect most of you didn’t experience the days when we were relegated to Division 2 and only got back into the second tier thanks to Dickov.
