Not looking forward to two at the back. Mendy and cancelo are going to be up by the wingers most of the time. Zaha, agew and shlupp against two slooow players.

I fear this will be like Leicester away in his first season.

What is Otamendi better at than Rodri?

Probably traditional defending in a line, but everything else, defending counters, playing out from the back, making tackles....Rodri's been miles better.

Consider this is almost definitely going to be a 70-80% possession game with them hitting us on the break and set pieces. Does anyone really feel less confident knowing Rodri and Fern are going to be trying to tackle Zaha on the break rather than Otamendi?

Plus we have our high-pressers in attack. So the defending will be better up top too. I love Sergio, but I like when Jesus plays to be honest.
