Ortega; Walker Dias Gvardiol Bernardo; Gundogan KDB Grealish; Savio Haaland Doku
They beat Ipswich the other night - I watched the game and Ipswich were awful. Palace didn't do much but the guy up front - Mateta - scored a very good goal and he really looks a big handful, so hopefully Dias stays fit. It’s a shame that tonight may have come at a cost.
Akanji and Aké injured. De Bruyne looked knackered after 35 minutes and then again after 65 minutes, I’m not sure he’s got another start in him immediately and would you risk it even if he felt like he did?
So others need to step up. Walker, Lewis, Nunes may have to come in and do well on Saturday. But the platform has been laid and they’ve been shown what a proper performance looks like.
Palace are a physical side, they’re picking up points now. Will be tough, but if we play with the energy we had tonight, we should be okay.
Grealish must play in the middle again, he was fucking mustard!
I doubt it - Pep said at the press conference on Tuesday that Sones had a "feet" problem - if that's true, he won't have been training. The physio room website has him as being available around 11th December.I think JB might be back for this one. *fingers crossed*
Pep also said he might be back 'next week' which I took to mean CP game. :-)I doubt it - Pep said at the press conference on Tuesday that Sones had a "feet" problem - if that's true, he won't have been training. The physio room website has him as being available around 11th December.
Fuck off with such nonnsense !!Pep predicted this but not of this quantum.
He does'nt like a big squad.....
however we need one,and elite fresh faces, if were going to go deep in all competitions....70 games year after year is not sustainable with a senior squad of 17/18 players.
Lessons learned ??
