Personally, I'd have priorised today's game. Win today, and it just increases the pressure ever so slightly on TMM. On Wednesday night, we could have been (realistically) 15 points adrift, taking GD into account. Win today and, even though they'll have a game in hand, we'll be 6 (realistically, 7)pts behind.I want the 5-peat, rather than a second CL. Others will disagree; so be it.
Beat Juve and we have a chance of avoiding two extra games in the CL. Financially, getting as far as possible in Europe is vital.

Tbf I don’t mind him fucking the Juve game off, we’re not getting top 8

I don't give a single shit about the CL this season finishing in the top 4 should be our only priority. Can't believe we seem to be prioritising Juve away over today's match. Its mental.

Realistically we have a better chance in the cups this season City are know for the long runs in the second half of the season to win leagues however this is based up management of the players fitness in the first half by rotation etc something that this season is not possible

Pep Guardiola on his #ManCity line-up vs Crystal Palace: "Energy. Fresh energy. Jack [Grealish], yesterday, had some struggles. Jeremy [Doku] came back after three or four weeks with a muscular injury. Three days, it was too much risk. Fresh legs, energy and let's go..."
