Poor. All that possession and don’t remember their keeper having a save to make.
Only really started attacking when kevs lucky goal went in.
No more footy for me till we play Leicester, that way I avoid the love in that’s gonna follow.

Pep needs to stop fucking about with playing Stones in midfield, he said that he thought stones was good v Leicester..I don't agree with that.
Stones needs to be played at centre half alongside Laporte, we looked great with the two of them there early season.
Walker looks like he's running on empty.. mentally tired as well as physically.
We don't need to panic as we all know the season has lots of twists and turns.
Blind Pugh is a fucking awful ref..

Pep is a genius but his selection cost us that game. Stones and Gundogan in midfield. It was awful. The only thing we had today was the long diagonals to Sane and Sterling but they couldn't beat their full backs who were excellent. Wan Bissaka is the best right back in the Premier League.

Had we had David SIlva or de Bruyne on from the start we would have won comfortably.

I thought before the game we'd get away with it and 9 times out of 10 we would have done but Palace stunned us with 2 goals out of the blue and we couldn't respond.

Anyway, I've noticed a bit of a trend over the last month. Teams are doubling our wingers (Sane and Sterling) it seems they've concluded they are willing to let us have it in the middle, but don't ever wanna a 1 v1 against their defenders out wide.

I think I’ve calmed down now.
We got what we deserved. Fcuk all.
Palace were good for all 3 points, we can certainly see more teams playing like that when they come here now, knowing they’ll get chances to score.
We weren’t on our game today. Too many slow passes, backwards, sideways etc, passing for the sake of passing.
There wasn’t any creativity or directness to our game. Their back 9 snuffed our pretty much everything we did.
KDB should have started imo. Delph in DM.
As for Walker, he was comical today, I don’t want to add anything else about his ‘performance’ because too many people can’t see him doing anything wrong. He wasn’t the only one, Stones was extremely poor, his passing and positioning was woeful. Would rather have seen Delph or Laporte there.
We looked toothless going forward, seems like we have to get into the 6 yard box to score.
Finding it really difficult to see how we are going to recover from this. Yes we are 2nd, but we have to play the dippers in Jan. If we don’t beat Leicester and Southampton, by the time we meet the candle wavers, it will be over.

I think de Bruyne solves that problem. You can’t let him have space in the middle.

How can you leave Delph out of the criticism levelled at our defence. The guy is too slow and too poor defensively to be LB in a title-challenging team. He looks vulnerable to any quick and skilful winger he comes up against.

Full backs have been a problem area for a while. It’s getting worse with Walker playing shit every game too.

By the way, every time we become less impressive, it almost always correlate with the lack of press football.

We need to take more risk, lose a few more balls and press a lot more intensely.

Too many safe passes and stagnated motioning.
