Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero have shown no ill-effects from starting in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday after lengthy injuries.

Danilo is available once again but David Silva, Vincent Kompany and Benjamin Mendy are all still absent.

Crystal Palace will recall Wilfried Zaha and James Tomkins, who were both suspended last week.

Goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey is also fit after he missed the Eagles' victory over Leicester because of a back spasm.

I thought KDB was pretty much certain to start on the basis of getting as much football into his as possible to raise his game, but we do also have a game on Boxing Day so perhaps we will limit his game time.

The objective must be to get him to peak fitness asap but playing him like made all the way through Christmas is probably not the smartest way to do it after a long period out of the game.

I suspect we'll probably look for another hour of high intensity football out of him.
