Pep...please stick with the false 9..... appears to bamboozle teams, especially Utd, and dont tinker with the defence....IF we get a penalty......ring ME, because I have no faith in any of them....it's become a joke now...and it ain't.....if LiVARpool can put 7 past them, we have no excuses.......

for me. Walker in to deal with Zaha, he’s done a great job on him in previous games. Feel like we missed Sterling’s pace and threat against Brighton despite the penalty miss and Palace’s defence aren’t the quickest. Jesus to come on in the second half, shouldn’t rush him back if he’s not fully fit and lots of games coming up. Come on City!

Go back to proper wingers Sterling out right, Foden left, again against Brighton Mahrez came inside and it was already packed. Keep the pitch wide and use the overlap, we did t do this against Brighton when it seemed the on,6 option would be get to by line and pull it back or across at speed. When teams pack the box against us it’s our only way through, once we get a lead then the game opens up that’s why we really need to punish teams get the second and I think with our defence these days we will be home and dry.

Have a feeling we'll rotate a few of the forwards, knowing Pep he'll probably start Sterling to allow him to get over his miss against BHA and drop Phil to the bench. Think he'll start Jesus up top as well. Probably rest Cancello as well.

Not what I'd pick, just what I think Pep might go with.

2-0, brace for Jesus.

I see Pep seeing this as a chance to stumble and that he'll probably go for his default team.
Maybe Walker right, and or Cancelo or Zin on the left.
Kev' s passing lanes will be clogged and Jesus will get little service. Hope I'm wrong.

Hopefully we turn up and get three points, I don't care how to be honest. Just keep the pressure up on the pair of wankers who play tonight

There's a reason Pep is focused on CP, City have struggled to get 3 pts against them at home. A big reason why I suspect he will do his best to ensure the team is mentally prepared to up the tempo & intensity to break them down

Palace play with width although they like to attack from that left side so pressure will be on the fullbacks. They rely on winning the ball deep and 1v1 battles - In particular, Zaha always presents problems

Looks like a strong XI, a lot of ball winners in that front 7

They had that as goal of the season on motd, Vinneys' screamer not good enough FFS.
The BBC goal of the season, was given to Vinney.

but-but,

The Premier League goal of the season, was given to Townsend.

As with all voting using the SlySports platform, (prior to KDB’s winning player of the year) Manchester City FC were never in the hat!
