I have some bad memories of Palace at home in winter whether Townsend’s ridiculous goal in a 3-2 defeat or Fernandinho’s late og in a 2-2 draw or their 2-0 win 2 years ago. Palace have performed better than most against us, especially and bizarrely at home. They were also excellent last weekend until the red card.

That being said after last Sunday I expect us to be a bit sharper and ready to roll up our collective sleeves. Palace will be missing a few and their reserve keeper is playing, hopefully we can put him under a lot of pressure and our crowd can make it a bit of a bear pit tomorrow. Hopefully no repeat of Brentford last season and we head off to Saudi on the back of 3 straight wins.
