If we win the World Club thingy, it will soften the blow if we don't win the league, not make up for it.

It was a huge ask seeing nobody has won the league 4 times on the go, but I still haven't given up and hope we do something by Christmas. That former England Women's player on the penalty... "Give it". If that was the rags and she said that, I bet she would have got a ticking off by the rag loving Beeb.

Having said all this, I'm not too worried though and right now don't care because I want Tom Lockyer to be okay, that's my football related priority right now. It's just a football game at the end of the day.

The amount of disrespect for Hodgson and Palace shown on the match day thread was as appalling as it was ignorant.

Palace stayed in the game for as long as possible, rode their luck at times, and did City at the end.

We were poor, and got what we deserved, Palace played us, and got what they deserved.

Lessons learned all round by some City fans? I very much doubt it.
 
We're that shit at the moment that we tried to beat ourselves and could only draw. We've got to go for the fucking jugular at 2-0.
 
Ridiculous result. How we spunked away 2 points against that pile of shite, lord knows. Completely dominating then start defending like an under-12 side. Give Ederson a spell on the bench, poor performance from him.
Their 1st goal was poor from us, Dias gives him the room to cross after the Palace player pushes the ball wide, Ake decides to try & play the man instead of the ball & Ederson just stands and watches it all unfold.
Before that, all going well, playing well….
 
Cannot expect to win all the time but fuck me something needs to change, many of these players need to go and the style of play needs to change, it’s slow boring repetative and predictable that’s why we are being found out

no problem with dropping a number of these for the next game they have no desire

pep needs to decide what he is going to change and quick
 
Dogshit from start to finish, whole team just didn't seem interested, we were boring as fuck to watch, pass pass pass pass,nothing.
Seem to have been way off anything near our usual selves in the prem this season, no creativity just going through the motions.
It's strange because in Europe we have looked up for it and dangerous.
