Once Palace scored it had feeling of inevitability that they would equalise. We just can't keep a clean sheet and see games out at the moment. Really poor result and throwing 6 points away from winning positions in the last 3 home games may come to haunt us at the end of the season.

Dropped 2 points against a truly dreadful side. A special mention to Foden - one minute to go and he attempts to dribble past 3 Palace players around the half line. Loses the ball and one minute later concedes a penalty.

Yeah that was bad. Hope he learns from it.

Fucking disgrace the points we have thrown away this season. We bring it on ourselves with pointless negativity, endlessly passing the ball backwards and sideways at a slow tempo. Its like we can only be arsed to play with the required intensity for 10 minutes of each half. Yes we are unfortunate but luck shouldn't be a factor.

Not seeing that out from 2-1 was criminal, Foden was brainless to run into the middle and lose the ball.

Wtf was that last 20 minutes? Absolutely pathetic. Completely in control of the game after playing pretty well 1st half and we just stopped playing. Passing without any real intention to score and then giving away sloppy possession. We've gift wrapped a point to Palace there. Shocking result.

The light switch has to come on at some point for this team. We can't keep throwing away leads in the last few minutes. The players need to wake up and quick otherwise the title will fritter away.

We havent dealt with KDB being injured as there is a lack of creativity. Gundo going means no leaderships, goals or creativity....clearly Ppe doesnt think Kovacic or Nunes are ready as he is playing Rico in their place.

Walkers form has fallen off a cliff again...he looks like he is running through wet concrete most of the time....Gvardiol is giving the ball away too much as well
Grealish, despite his goal goes missing for parts of games.

The elephant in the room as well is John Stones...fabulous player BUT if he cant stay fit then how much use is he? He is constantly injured or recovering from injury....

East to blame foden (and he was at fault) but the team is playing very poorly as a whole.... summer transfer window hasnt helped

The amount of disrespect for Hodgson and Palace shown on the match day thread was as appalling as it was ignorant.

Palace stayed in the game for as long as possible, rode their luck at times, and did City at the end.

We were poor, and got what we deserved, Palace played us, and got what they deserved.

Lessons learned all round by some City fans? I very much doubt it.

We weren't that poor as we had chances to bury them in the first half. It was a little unfortunate that Haaland has picked up an injury.
