Crystal Palace PL (H) Post match thread

I think the pull on Bernie just before the palace penalty was what people mean..I was in SS3 and everyone thought it was a foul and should have been given..which means the penalty wouldn't have happened.
Cheers. I couldn't see a foul from my seat, but it's probably over 100 yards away.

Said it before just have a sense we will end up at Wembley, and not in the FA Cup.
Me to I think once the CL comes around we will be so far behind we will go all out for the CL. looking at the teams left id be confident in winning it

To be fair, we're at the part of the season where we consistently seem to shit the bed so I get why fans are upset.

We just haven't seen the miraculous January change that preludes the big run of form yet.
Yep, I'm as pissed off as anyone and will be amazed if we win the League. With decent draws and a bit of the necessary luck (we did not play well in the CL or FA Cup finals last year but won both) we could still have a trip to Wembley which i for one would cherish.

A dick for giving his opinion? Come on man!
No,he's a dick for stating the premiership title is over with 22 games to play,if that truly is his opinion he would be better off giving up supporting any sort of football as it will help with his blood pressure and nervous system, maybe watching paint drying is more his game

Fucking treble winners and we haven't been able to hold a lead all season...

I said that was a big 4 minutes in the title race and it went as I thought it might.

Pep's in-game management this season has been just as bad as the players.
Took 4 pages before someone says it.
Today's dropped points were on PEP.
Love the guy but he can't be serious bringing Stones on at 89mins when several of his players were knackered and have been for weeks. He was the most vocal manager calling for more subs then doesn't use them.CTID

My last post of the evening. I think Pep is overthinking things again. It's obvious to the world and his dog that no team can go 'full on' for 90 minutes and the authorities have given the rich teams the bonus of having five subs per game to re-energise their efforts. It's no real surprise to anyone, surely, that tired players make tired mistakes. What's the point of having Kalvin Phillips (or others) on the bench if there is no intention to use him? Palace had loads of injuries and still made 5 subs (I think). Surely we should have 'options' and strategies pre prepared for every eventuality. Surely that's one of the responsibilities of the manager and backroom staff. Bottom line, if Pep does not trust the bench players then maybe he should mention it to someone.

Scrum half Foden was shite today, does he ever play a pass foward, every pass and movement is back, should play for Sale RFU.
He was the only one who showed aggression ans ambition He could have been like Dias Ake and Walker got great passing stats along the line 30 yards from goal to you no to you well to you then at infinity
