CSKA Post Match Thread

Sadly only the most disappointing 90mins since last Wednesday.
The problem for Pellegrini now is that the owners have made it patently clear that CL success is their priority, and it looks increasingly like that is something beyond the scope of this manager.
I only hope that he is not now viewed as a lame duck in the dressing room or what has , so far been a disappointing season, could become worse.

We cant use the excuse of blaming the referee. This was a shocking performance from the start. Sloppy passing, slow build up to every attack, no fluidity, no menace in attack, no organisation in defence.

Yaya's was a red card. Both of the yellows for Ferna were correct. Yaya had no need to push the guy in the face and Ferna had no need to block the guy in that way. Both stupid twaty things to do.
Yes we should have got a penalty but Nasri should have been sent off too.

What the fuck is going on? Such good players can play so badly and then lose their heads in such a way. How can we have such awful performances in champions league every bloody time? Why doesn't Pelligrini bloody play 5 in midfield? sigh

Not even a wank to the Jennifer Lawrence dirty pics is going to cheers me up today

They just asked pellegrini what he thought the problem was tonight - I'd love it if he just said "the fucking players" and left it at that

When their 1st attack of the game in the 1st minute results in a handball decision when there was no way clichy could of done anything as a defender i would think fuck this again and turn off. Which they did and results in a goal. from then on your minds just not with it

On a bright note no Thursday games this year once again.

It was poor and we once again got what we deserved.

Players are not up for Chumps this year simple as.

Until we sort ourselves defensively and get players and a manager who is geared for Chumps League pure and simple its not going to happen for us In Europe.

Our depth is not good enough for Chumps League at present and we play too slow a style for this comp.

As for MP perhaps only the title will keep him at the helm for next season.

Early days in the premier league but it looks like father time might be catching up with a few of our stalwarts.

Hope VK and Sergio came through with only minor niggles.

VK was limping somewhat in the second half but given we were down to 9 men I thought he would have come off otherwise.
