It says not attended, I remember it saying this for all Burnley home tickets in the FA cup, so unsure what it really meant.

The post below is the explanation - it's nothing to do with attendance at the match.

‘Unattended transaction’ means that you weren’t there in person to put the PIN code in or to verify that it was you when they took the money off you, it’s gone through off the CVV code (3 digit number on back)- which anyone can read if they nicked it and they’re using your card before you cancelled it.
( they don’t ask for you for your PIN code).

It doesn’t mean that you didn’t attend the game.

I expect a similar email after they've taken your payment and the mobile card would then show the next cup match.

What annoys me is that they've just sent out an email about enrolment in the cup schemes and they could have included a sentence to explain how the mobile card would be activated. But, whatever "planning" has been gone through in this whole business, it's obvious that there has been little if no attention to detail. You would think that in approving this email some genius might have asked the question: "Wouldn't it be a good idea if we took this opportunity to tell the people whose money we'll be taking what the process for activating the card would be"?

And digital communication is the problem. I got the same email which encourages me to join the cup schemes even though I am already on them. But no information at all about how I will receive a ticket for the Leipzig home match.
City have got a huge problem with whoever is managing their customer content. It really is basic stuff. Nothing is joined up. You get different messages on the phones, on Twitter, and on the direct emails. It is not actually that complex because the ticket volumes we are selling are tiny compared to huge global concert tours etc. It is quite clear that the customer content (that includes everything social media, news, merchandise, messages, emails etc etc) is not centralised and managed by a single team. This is just basic stuff.
 
Does anyone know how to transfer tickets to Friends and Family members? My wfe doesn't come for Champions League matches so we upgrade her ticket scheme seat to Adult and my son takes it. In previous seasons it was done by telephone but was something of a palava. Sometimes, depending on the match, it involved a upgrade fee being paid, other times it involved the ticket being cashed in and a new one being issued. Sometimes he used her Supporters Card to get in, other times a new paper ticket was sent out.

I assume that with the new system, they will be more organized for ticket transfers. I can't see anything on the website.

I’m trying to confirm my reservation for the Leipzig match on my account but keep getting an Error report, any one else getting this?
 
I need to update my credit card details but when I log on to do so I just get a load of blank circles so unless I phone the club at a cost to me I can't do it. It's ludicrous that a club our size has such a totally useless website.
 
My Napoli has gone out and in response to earlier comments I don't think you can transfer cup scheme tickets now... the carabao for Huddersfield is going to your mobile and that's it, it's yours as far as I can suss out

Of course you can transfer cup scheme tickets ... it's just not enabled yet. Will probably happen after the United game. They only allow it a week before the game and previously it happened that it won't transfer till that was the next game (for which you were trying to transfer) and don't think there is a limit on how many you need to attend etc. for cup games.

And Huddersfield for cup will also be like any other away game that has mobile tickets, like Brighton sent theirs, those mobile links come close to the actual game as well.

I came out of Champ League cup scheme last season as not enjoyable with all tourists and away fans in home end...people standing up every 2 nins with phones during games....bollox to it.....even spoke to City who phoned me on why I was leaving cup scheme and told me tickets under UEFA not them.....but roll on this season and guess what - they took £35 out for Naploi match!!! ....FFS....tried to call and voice said 1 hr 20 mins holding time to speak to a ferking perosn...WTF is going on here?

Similar story to mine pal,spent hours on hold,gave up and emailed 2 days ago,heard nowt back yet.
Typical City shambles tkt office,again!
Apparently you can 'reach out' to them on twatter or whatever it's called but I don't have that.
