Cup Schemes

Ditched Champions League.
City have never given out the number of people's loyalty points, so you never know where you are in the queue for tickets. If we get an away that I fancy, I will do as I have in the past, and get them off the point whores. Should we get to the final, loads will go to corporates and I'll pay whatever it takes. So I'll probably cherry pick one home tie from the group stages, but still boo that organisations anthem.

League Cup ditched.
Mid- week, no problem getting tickets if I want to go and everyone who wants final tickets will get them.
FA Cup. Kept.
Weekend games and will easily get semi and final tickets if on scheme.

I've also ditched platinum as there is no option to sell on Viagogo. Last year a prior commitment meant I missed the Derby. At least I got a good price for my tickets rather than 1/19th I'd get now. The £50 saved will go towards any corporates I may need to buy.

Signed me and my dad up to all three this year. We are sat/stood in south stand level 1 in the new third row. Does that mean we are likely to be moved for champions league and for FA cup when they have a big away following.

can someone point me at how much the cup schemes cost please. I couldnt't find it on MCFC site.

They don't cost you anything unless we play at home

So you will have to buy three CL tickets at whatever City prices them at
As for the League cup and FA cup, you only have to purchase if we have a home fixture
A couple of seasons ago, any FA cup schemer was told they would pay no more than £20 for a ticket up to the quarter finals
We drew the rags, so people who were on the cup scheme paid £20, anyone else had to buy at full price which was up to £50

If you haven't already been asked to relocate for the champions league then you're fine. Relocation window for the champs league closed yesterday for those that had to move

Ah okay. I signed up this afternoon. So I imagine they haven't got round to telling us or not.

Will be nice to see another part of the ground anyway.

So there is no financial downside to joining? Its my first season as a season ticket holder - i drive down from Edinburgh for home games, but if I can pick and choose the tickets i buy I may as well sign up - have I got that correct?

You don't pick and choose. You are charged for every home game.
