Always been partial to a decent Phal or a Vinders but my local curry house here in Rammy is magnificent and the chef has over the years treated me to some "off the menu" curries that he eats himself.

Chicken Tikka Chilli Massala Fire Hot is rather nice. ;-)

If there's a better curry than Desi lounge in Failsworth, it'd be the best in Manchester. Desi lounge is absolutely top class and, more generally, I'd actually like you lot to weigh up your local favourites against it.
