It's a pain in the arse.

There's lots of bike racks outside but if you want to bring a bag you can't take it into the ground and the bag drop off place is a nightmare. One shitty little shed near the bridge by Asda.

It's like City want to make it as difficult as possible for no discernible reason, as per usual.
