Daft Donald spotting game.....

I remember Daft Donald at the Full Members Cup Final. After the match we were heading back to the station, and Donald came over and said, could he walk back to the station we us because all the Chelsea Boys were looking for him.
On the train going back to Mcr he was telling a load of young Blues all his football hooligan stories, and they were mesmerized.
You use to see him at lot of away games in the Eighties, always up to Mischief.

Also in the link, below Daft Donald, was Stan the man, who use to go in the Horton Arms, Failsworth. If you gave him 10p he would sing, Trailer for sale or rent. Quality

About 1985 on train with him I think going to Arsenal- as the train started to slow nearing London we passed over a bridge with loads of people shopping below. So off the top of a bridge through the train window went a full can of unopened coke down below- God only knows what damage it did.

Saw him at the Rochdale pre season friendly couple of years ago

Was on decent form

DD, can you post any more of these? want to see who's on there.. :-)

Saint Etienne before Argentina - England game swinging from a hanging basket.I still have the edition of Total Football magazine with a picture of a group of England fans in which you can see Donald's legs swinging.A character.

Here's my contribution from the 80s.
We were at Wimbledon (or Charlton... long time a go), at half time Donald was telling us that Chelsea had sent a huge firm down just for him. He claimed they had a contract out on him. He had us trying to look over the walls to see how many were waiting for him. (Answer.. none!)
To add to the amusement, next minute my mate is being dragged across the pitch with his arm up his back for calling a copper a Fascist bastard!
Happy days!
