I agree with that last sentiment. However the one thing that has not been done well the last few years is sorting out the mess in the FB positions.

On the one hand I agree but on the other I can appreciate why we're now in this situation and the limitations preventing us from making wholesale changes in every department last summer.

I'd honestly love to go into the debate but I simply don't have the time right now. In short, last season we (I believe rightfully) focused on other departments and this wasn't such a problem position for us in the seasons previous to that.
