Indeed, Sturridge did get a medal.

I think everybody is right when they say he is big headed, arrogant & thinks he is better than he is.. He had some problems earlier in the season, & both JT & Drogba had to check him, because he thought he deserved more time..

..but, credit to the lad, his attitude even when coming on has improved, he has been effective when called upon, he has been very positive whilst playing in the reserve games.. & he seems to be close to a few of our players like John Terry & Jeffry Bruma.

Used to sit next to a city youth team coach at Coms who used to despise Sturridge for his cocky attitude. He hated him despite being a coach of his as he was so far up his own backside.

If he's as arrogant as everyone on here believes he is, then he certainly will feel proud. He probably believes that he's earned the medals as he's contributed to the squad, and it's a squad game now.
