It’s an agreement to agree. Not a deal and not enforceable in the instance that Southampton decide to "renege" on it.

Don’t think he is good enough for us anyway. Good in a counter attacking team but not for our style of play.

I just read on Tribal Football, according to the London Evening Standard, we might be in for Danny Ings. Not sure I see it happening unless Dzeko or Jovetic go. However, he could be a decent 3rd or 4th option and would fill a homegrown slot.

I've been told he was in Manchester, this week.

we play without a striker most of the time anyway and I can’t see us spending 100m+ for Kane or Haaland.
