Looks like he is going 2 leave , gutted is not the word the boy is class and is better than all the forwards we have got by a mile and will defo play 4 England again the silence is deafin from the club.

Since we played Blackburn on the 28th , nothin as been said , Hughes said at the time he hoped 2 have something tied within 2 weeks and nothin as happened as much as I dislike the red this is not is fault and it says it all how good he is that O`Neill is favourite 2 get him , our loss , some1 else gain

I heard joe royale on the radio last week and he said he believes one young player was asking for 100 grand a week it did'nt say who it was. If it was studge no wonder we have'nt sorted his contract yet! I think we offered 12 and half grand about a month ago. I'd offer him 30 grand a week with add ons.

Villa wouldnt be offering him anymore than £30k and I can't see any other club paying him better than we will. Surely he must be able to see that if he does the business in the next couple of years he would get a massive contract here -just look at wayne bridge on 90k.

Really hope he signs soon - will be a top top player in a couple of years so would be gutted if he leaves, esp if he goes to Villa

Villa fans are fucking mongs, they actually think they are the pinacle of English talent. Abbonglahor is good, Young was poached, Barry is over rated, Milner is wank and then they have Shorey who they all want rid of. Why do they get so much recognition when we have Hart, Onouha, Richards, SWP, Johnson and Sturridge.

Perhaps it is because half our fans have spent all season buying into bollocks that most of those players are not Premiership quality, absolute wasters or the most arrogant bastards walking the face of the earth.

Johnson, Sturridge, Onuoha should be in our first team, just a shame Johnson is having a bad time

I think it's that Johnson is having too good a time.

Could you please tell me why it's MH's fault that DS has not signed a new contract?
Think you'll find MS said that the contract situation shouldn't have been left so long without sorting, he also said that if he'd been at the club longer it would have been sorted by now.
It's really easy to blame Hughes for everything, the only thing he possibly could be guilty is of not playing DS enough, but he certainly can't be blamed for DS not signing a new contract.

I don't want him or Johnson or any other young player leaving MCFC but we just don't know, the only link I have seen is what was in the Mirror suggesting a 10m deal. I also understand M Johnson has now re started training and was in Tenerife with the rest of the squad. It won't take longer than a couple of days to negotiate his transfer and is not time constrained by the window. In many ways it is in Studges interest not to go now because if in the summer he hasn't agreed a contract he will go for a couple of hundred thousand and will be more attractive to any team in prem and be able to demand higher wages> I am not getting upset about this, Johnsons contract, Harts contract and Richards contract have all be sorted and to be honest I believe MH will sort this one. Will be gutted if he does leave though.
