He is a smashing fella, if you haven't already get down to the next points of view meeting to meet the man himself.
I wasn't going to comment as what i'd say has already been said, but he might read this forum so...
Has helped me out on three occasions over the years and every time he's been quality to deal, not only the most helpful person at the club in my opinion, but the most helpful person i've dealt with from any organisation.

Danny WIlson epitomises what Manchester City is all about, a caring club. He is one of the nicest men you could wish to meet and nothing is too much trouble for him.
As has already been said he replies almost immediately and will phone you to chat about any problems. I once emailed a query at 9.00 at night thinking he would get it first thing next morning and he replied immediately!! (This was not a match night just an ordinary night) First class.
