I've said it before; it's a mystery to me(with thanks to Toyah) how darts has attained the cult status it clearly has. But I'm clearly missing something, given the army of followers it has.

I think for many that go, it’s like a generic away day at the football, but without the rivalry.

Just an excuse to get pissed, chant generic football chants and wear fancy dress.
