Absolutely. But you can be sure the media are gonna spin this as though they've got an amazing deal and Haaland is some kind of risky buy. In fact, it's already started.

It's a good signing for them but losing Mane and gaining this guy means they are somewhat treading water. I see Diaz as more of a Mane replacement as it's well known they moved early for him. Nunez more as a pre-emptive upgrade on Firmino tbh.

City have added Haaland and Alvarez so in theory we're strengthening more.

Time will tell. I’ve never watched him and thought superstar. He’s generally average or just above average whenever I’ve seen him.
