Don't know much about this guy, but surely this is too much money....the Portguese league is better than you'd probably think but it's still not "elite"

They sell Mane for £35mil (a star player), Minamino for £15mil (squad player) and let Origi for for free (scores big goals) then they will spent NET +£35mil on this guy and arguably are weaker

Whereas we are sitting on £50mil from Torres (squad player) likely £50mil on Gabby (good player but not a star) and we have spent NET -£30mil to get in Haaland (#1 striker in wprld football) and Alvarez (brilliant prospect)
