Last time I looked I'm living in England, using pounds. As I've always done. Why can't people stop using euros, and in some instances dollars, to relate to transfer fees. Bloody annoying. Get a grip you mods.
 
His peer group aren’t too inspiring here. If anything it shows that the CF options are pretty limited out there and how lucky we were to get the main man.. It’s Mbappe & Haaland and then a big gap to the rest. I think there’s a hell of a lot of pressure on the lad to live up to that fee.

They’ve bought a £100m Tammy Abraham.
 
I think he looks a good player. Just hope for their sakes he does better outwith Portugal than the rest of the names on this list.

please link any article when I can see Nunez transfer reported in the way City transfers, meaning all signing bonus, salary over whole contract, potential bonuses, agent fees, transfer fee all added up and all changed to USD just for a higher number.

have a feeling there wont any articles like that tho.

The first transfer in world football seemingly paid for by people they haven't even sold. Being claimed it's the Mane/Minamino money, the issue is neither have been sold.

I think he's an exceptional player. But it's a risk still, and it finally shuts them up about not spending money.

If City dropped €100m on a guy with one good season in Portugal, the narrative would be football is ruined.
 
Let's see how this plays out tomorrow morning with Jim Sh*te and Jordan, the Cockney Ponce, on Talk Shite.

Guess it will be played out as a masterstroke by Klopp and Liverpool.
