Fuck me this has come out of the blue. I wasn't really that keen on him when I was growing up. Then when I was in my 20s I actually started to listen to his stuff and have loved him ever since. A true genius who will be missed. What a shit way to start the week.

Saw him in June 1978 at Bingley Hall , Staffordshire ....... Brilliant artist , so different , so influential to the music scene and a good bloke.
