If all of the officials aren't wearing perm wigs and shell suits on their days off scousers will have a whinge about it, they do understand there is a countrywide aversion to their accent, club and murdering ways surely?
 
This is absolutely insane. Just why??? Who is the person he's talking to, one of the million podcasters out there? It's the sort of interview you do when you're retired, unless he wanted out and didn't care. He's not admitted to any wrongdoing but just admitted he found Klopp a wanker, which of course he is. Refs are humans and we all know they support and favour certain teams none of them are impartial. I have no idea how we would ever get that unless we create robot refs, which will probably happen in the future.

He's shafted himself, if anything I think he's insanely lucky the video seems to have stayed hidden for 4 years while he's refereeing Liverpool matches.

He will have pocketed £500k+ from PGMOL while they kept his coked up rant a secret.

I know 100% who him, Kavanagh and a football league ref support (which is a premier league team that he hasn't declared).

Edit - coote is also gay so putting 2 and 2 together the other lad may have been his fella who he recently split up and so released it as revenge.
 
Can't make my mind up on this. He's been a bit stupid by letting somebody record him saying that given his status as a Premier League referee but...he's human.

He's said that the Dippers played shite (which they might have done) and that he thinks Klopp is a **** because he's 'arrogant' and accused Coote of being a liar in the past. He's not said that he gave a dodgy decision against them because of those things.

He, and every other ref in world football, has opinions about the managers/players/clubs they officiate and will no doubt vent those frustrations/opinions to their mates. That's a given. Do we/fans/clubs/players/PGMOL expect referees to be robots who don't have emotions?

The Dippers turning it into some big conspiracy does not surprise me one bit, though. Any opportunity to make themselves seem hard done to...
