Agree his association should be protecting him from managers abuse. If the association can't than it should pull it's members out of those matches.
 
On the sky ticker - about a yellow card in a Leeds match and texting someone to say did they bet on it.

This ‘friend’ is clearly no longer and out to ruin him in a drawn out way.

It appears to be a hatchet job for sure, but the important question is 'why'?

My money is still on him being compromised in some way. It's going to take one hell of a cover up.
 
I heard he's planning to retire from the game and become an author. Working title of his new book is 'How to choose friends wisely'.
 
Beginning to get the feeling he is a sacrificial lamb being thrown to the wolves by the powers that be.

He won’t be alone amongst his peers in being bent I will wager but they can claim they have weeded the “bad egg”.
