Really I love the bloke but his lack of composure when goal scoring chances arise, does my head in. He might as well just try to put the ball out of play. He'd probably mis-kick it and fluke it in.

Love the guy but if only he could finish and head the ball, he would be the greatest players on the planet! I'm never confident when he has a clear cut chance. Such a shame but he's still a genius! :-)

Finishing might not be his strongest asset but that's why we have strikers. Not many players can bring the creativity and composure on the ball that Merlin brings to our team, let's not take him for granted.
