Might not have given birth yet, could just be a mid-pregnancy problem.

If everything is ok now with Silva's personal life, then that is ace news. He's had a bit of a break (physically, i imagine he has had a hard time mentally). Great to have him back.

Credit where credit is due. The mainstream media seem to have, in the main, left Dave and his family alone. I suppose that most of them would probably know what the issue is/was, but they don't seem to have plastered the story all over their back pages or websites. Not that I've seen, anyway.
