Ok don't think it can be anything bad. Would be just weird since the picture shows Fernandinho pointing a finger to his t shirt and smiling as well !

I'm sure if it was something really bad they wouldn't be celebrating like they clearly are.
No personal issue is ever good but I can't imagine its terrible news. Hope not anyway.
 
Who was the guy on here who knew David? hopefully he could Spread some light as to what is going on

It would be stupid of Sterling also to point out to his shirt like he is doing in Sane's tweet. I think its positive news and they just dedicated the win to him.

Also Sam Lee clearly mentions in a reply that he wouldn't divulge EVEN IF he would know, so not sure about it.
