I think Barca were the ones who missed out. Had he been at Barca I think we wouldn't have seen him in sky blue! I recall him saying that Barca and Real showed no inclination. We were the only ones who seemed to show any interest - and the rest is 'histree' as they say down Knotty Ash! And what a glorious ten years it's been. Another pitch at The Academy when he goes.

Well I cannot say for sure as I would need to have access to the minds of the players to know for sure but there was at least one player whose performance did not show that they needed the win like Dave. Its one thing to be loyal and another to say it as it is.

I was being facetious. That Barca posters arrogance is getting on my nerves. Barca didn’t go for him so fuck off with that he’s the one that got away bullshit.

It says, even with rotation, no one has created more chances in the league than our David, and adocates for his selection for Fantasy League players.
 
David just gets better and better. Sad day on the horizon in a couple of years when he eventually goes, but we can rest easy in the knowledge that David has passed on some of his wizardry to Bernardo and young Phil. One word. Legend.
 
It's weird watching a video with old and new David. He looks so different without hair.
