I do wonder if he is carrying an injury as he is physically lacking something at present.

I do think his play is being affected by a drop off in team performance as well

Dave is not past it that is why,he has played all season because of kev being out,pep said the plan was to play him less this season,he was also runing on adrenaline due to the baby and seems to have hit a wall,he hasn't fallen off a cliff since dec,he is of an age that he needs to be managed and played selectively

In my experience, once you retire from the national team, you are often less than a year away from being a starter at a top club.

I best retire from international football then if it means i’ll be starting for a top club within a year. Cheers for the heads up.

Agree but just because David Silva has been a wonderful player doesn't mean he's immune from having his performances analysed.

He doesn't deserve to be starting games on current form.

Yaya was a gobshite for much of his career,and he fully endorsed anything that came out of the mouth of his **** of an agent/friend.

The man was a wonderful footballer but unfortunately he's also a proper tool.
