Hi everyone!
I am a Valencia CF supporter, and I just registred in this forum to follow David Silva´s probably move to Man City.
Anything you would like to know about him just ask me.
He´s an amazing player, one of the best around the world in his position, but sadly, we have got a huge debt (600 million of Euros) and we need to sell our top class players in order to complete the new stadium.
Now I am listening to the radio, and they say that he changed his mind. Firstly he didn´t want to move since you´re not on Champions League next season (as we are), but you have an ambitious project, and for us is completely the opossite.
PD: sorry about my english (I am spanish)
PD 2: since I´m living currently in Bournemouth, I´ll watch Manchester City matches if Silva finally goes to your club. Good luck for next season!

The main concern here is that Silva doesn't have the physical attributes to succeed in England. Would you see this as an issue?

Nonsense.

I'm pretty sure Robinho is out of the loop on who we are after this Summer.

Do you honestly think City are so desperate for him to come back and think the only way to persuade him would be to bribe him with details of hopeful signings. Do you think that the club who have gone out of their way to keep discussions under wraps all summer to then tell all to a loose cannon like Robinho who slags off the club at every available opportunity.

Do you honestly think that the day after Robinho said he would like to play in Turkey - Cook thought hang on, I'd better ring up Robbie and tell him about all our summer targets.

alves could have said something to him tho :-)

Who mentioned anything about GC telling "a loose cannon" about City's transfer targets. Do you honestly believe that players don't speak to each other or pass on info. Because they don't shout it from the roof tops doesn't mean they haven,t heard. I actually don't believe that City have done anything to entice Robinho back into the fold. I appreciate that Robinho whilst i think he is a great talent I do not think he is one to cut off his nose to spite his face, he certainly talks a lot, he says what people want to hear.

Do not forget that the owners paid a lot of money for the Brazilian and if they are true to thier business ethos they will want to get back as much of that 32mill back as possible. The kind of money we would expect will not be paid for by a Brazilian club thats for sure. It just could be that Robinho is following the rumours and stories just like the rest of us, but he still has friends at the club so who knows.

Hi pablo, thanks for sharing.

hope valencia get sorted out with the cash, always had a soft spot for valencia and been a fan of abiol, villa and silva for a long time now.

so your reporting he is open to the move, that's good then.

I was just told he was making his mind up after everything had been sorted, hope it's true then and he has considered us more now, be a fantastic signing.

David Silva's agent 'reopens talks over Manchester City or Chelsea transfer'
The representatives of Spain international David Silva have reopened talks with several English clubs, including Manchester City and Chelsea, over the prospect of a summer transfer to the Premier League.

David Silva Spain's David Silva could join a Premier League club after the World Cup

The Valencia midfielder looks unlikely to be snapped up by another La Liga side this summer, after reported interest from Real Madrid went quiet following Jose Mourinho's acceptance of the manager's job.

With that in mind, Silva - who had earlier ruled out moving to England - has now had a change of heart and is open to offers from the Premier League.

More: Manchester City transfer news and rumours

However, the main stumbling block between Chelsea or City signing the highly-rated creative talent will be his asking price, which sources suggest could be as high as former team-mate David Villa. Heres to hoping it is true

The striker joined Barcelona for €40million (£35million) in May - but despite having significant spending power both the leading English clubs seem reluctant to match that valuation.

More: Chelsea transfer news and rumours

Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti is keen to add a midfielder to his squad after allowing Michael Ballack and Joe Cole to leave on free transfers.

And although City coach Roberto Mancini cannot offer Silva Champions League football, the significant weekly wages being offered at Eastlands could still tempt him to the club.

One of Chelsea's scouts, Piet de Visser, is a dutch commentator for the World Cup. After the Slovakia game they were discussing Marek Hamsik and he mentioned that he's likely out of Chelsea's price range now. Doesn't sound like they're willing to splash alot of money at the moment.

So chelsea unlikely to spend much this summer? yossi benayoun for 5-7 mill looks a done deal.
