It's in Spanish but the link on his twitter links to a guy who seemingly works for a radio station. Mentions breaking news and something about 35million euros

'David Silva traspasado al Man City' means he's ours. Done deal. Hector Fernandez works for the radio station Onda Cero.

It means nothing, we dont know who the guy is so i dont think we can trust someones twitter account. Wait until its on the os then you can say that

Or perhaps he wanted his future resolved as soon as possible so he could concentrate on the world cup and do the right thing by Valencia?
