We've got Weiss, SWP, and AJ and maybe next season we'll be set up to play with a midfield 4. Midfield powerhouse(s) and left back required.

He plays in that ireland role too Marvin, a playmaker he would be a cut above anything we got imo.

OK. I think of the Spanish national team when I think of Silva, rather than Valencia which I have not seen this season. I assume it's Valencia where he takes a more central role

Premiership clubs are not very succesful in taking the best spanish players from the Liga to the Premiership. I don't think they like the style of football

You think Having Weiss, SWP and AJ is enough to not sign Silva? SWP took alot of stick last season from alot of people on here while Weiss is yet to really prove he can compete in a title challenging side. Using this logic we shouldn't go for Torres because we have Tevez, Adebayor and Nimley.
