David Silva signs one year contract extension(p33)

The ball never bounces off Davids foot. The moment he touches it, it is supplicant, in control, ready to do his bidding. I don't think I have ever seen a player, live that can do it as well as he, or a player that can turn gracefully but what seems slowly and still lose his man and appear to have all the time in the world. The fact we are pretty close to the front and able to see him at close quarters makes you appreciate his unique skills even more.
I hope he signs an extension and is granted a testimonial against a Spanish select. Bernardo looks a great player but our original Silva is the greatest player I have seen in a city shirt, bar none.
 
Watching City since 1978, was instantly my favorite player. So smooth, incredibly calm with the ball. An extremely special gift for us to witness. Thanks David.

Does he really have 132 caps?

Can you imagine the uk press if he was English. He'd be regarded as the greatest player of the Premier League era.
