It’s an absolutely belting article, but what says it all for me is that it was written by a City fan. David has been relatively under appreciated by the media, never gets anything like the eulogies afforded to the likes of giggs, Keane, Scholes - people can argue about their relative merits as footballers, but David is the perfect mix, a world class footballer, and a world class human being. It would have been nice for the media to recognise this over the last 10 years, although David won’t be bothered by it

What about the legends stand, and instead of for instance block 121, it was silva 121, Kompany 113, that way we accommodate them all with more to follow. Statue of vinny Sergio and David outside.
