David Silva .......

Brings so much to City's attack and defends like a terrier as well. Puts in a shift every match - great to see Mancini take him off today saving him for Saturday.

He's absolutely fantastic, you can really tell he's enjoying being here as well. He will go on to be one of our all time greats at this rate.

how on earth are opposing sides supposed to pick him up, let alone box him in?

every single angle is possible when he is on the pitch.

That graphic is quite something. He's here, he's there....

What a delight it is to see him in a City shirt.

Pure class.

That's a thing of beauty.

That's the beauty of having no winger on the left, Silva has the freedom to quite literally play a free-role behind our striker and we don't need someone tracking back because Nigel plays that role. Silva is just impossible to mark he will get tons of space against teams like Villa who don't use a DM, hopefully if Blackpool play so open he'll get spaces big enough for a jumbo to play in. Outstanding today again though well deserved MoTM.

I adore David Silva! Even when he was just a little guy getting attacked by critics when he first joined, I wanted him to do well. I'm so glad he's making those know-nothing journalists choke on their own words. I have a soft spot for little guys.

As for the Spanish interview...In a nutshell, it took him a while to adjust to the weather in England because it's colder and wetter than Spain, he thinks learning the language is difficult because he says you guys speak very quickly (I'm an American from the Midwest and I can confirm you guys speak much faster than we do), between Barca, Real and City it was always City, and he can't say if he'll play in Spain again or not at this point. Very rough translation and I didn't catch all of what he said because I'm used to a Mexican or Castillian dialect, not Andalusian.
