A very intelligent footballer

He chased everything and put a lot of pressure on their players to win the ball back and defended well too.

Great performance, he deserves more international and European recognition and I hope next season we do better in CL and he gets to shine on the big stage

One man army today, absolutely superb. Continuously let down by Nasri, Dzeko and Yaya, but just carried them all on his back.

never watched Bell and i said those 2 seasons from Tevez made him the best ive seen in a City shirt, but i think i have to change my mind, that today was another level

It was not just his work rate today, but his trickery and touch with the ball was sublime.

Best player playing the game in England.
