Correct. However, I believe you have to read between the lines. The fact that he has said anything at all can mean one of two things only. He's either preparing the ground with his supporters for some very bad news which he knows is coming, or he is signalling the players availability to attract some rival bidders. Either way the chances of Villa wearing City blue next season are considerably higher than they were yesterday!

I have to agree Fat, i reckon we need Europa qualification as a minimum to even think that players of the 'Villa' calibre will be at City.

The first word it says on both the captions is "Albiol". Don't need to read Spanish to understand that!
