But that defeat left them outside the play-offs and they have had a winless run of eight games. They have nine games remaining, to get into the top six and stay there. Warnock has been appointed on a contract until the end of the season- Davies wasn't sacked in spite of their league position, he was sacked because of it. Both BD and Warnock don't have much stock in the premier league anyway, so when any promotion was achieved then it wouldn't be long before a replacement was brought in.

Warnock may be a dick, but he's a great Championship level manager, he's not really ever done a particularly bad job anywhere. Knows the league inside out and knows how to get promoted. You can be sure that QPR wouldn't be in the shit they're in now if they'd never fired him either.
Also, this will hopefully mean the end of his media commitments for a while, as he clearly fucking hates us (all though the list of people and clubs he hates isn't sxactly short!)

Throwing money around doesn't always help- Cardiff overspent heavily on a donkey from Denmark, and Malky Mackay rightly got sacked for it. Whilst the other clubs were more steady with their spending and bought proven premier league players. Holloway is a berk and but for his meltdown could still have a job in the Pl, but he won't be back until he takes a team up (which will be a long while at least considering where he is at the moment).
Perhaps the plan is for the Kuwaitis to sell the club/ or the take a minority stake once the club achieves promotion to the PL. Cardiff City had planned the exact same thing when they were in the Play-offs against Blackpool, although they cocked it up the Malaysians had already bought them prior to the game, and Tan's Chairmanship came later on.

Forest don't have a bad team, Mackie, Cox, Djebbour, Henderson as the forwards then the likes of Darlow, Reid, Hobbs, Lascelles, Vaughan, Paterson, Cohan and Jara. Should be comfortably finish in the top 6.

Their chairman is building up the Forest brand within the middle east. Davis' arrogance over not talking to the media not only affected the team but cost him his job. If wanker takes it it will be the aim to get them promoted this season.
Farwaz(sp) is a forest fan as well as chairman. He may have a touch of the Wardles about him.
I hope he's made the right choice for the club. Personally I wouldn't want that shady twat anywhere near my club.
