Better now than later
We're fine without him, in fact this could be a blessing in disguise for Phil Foden to get a run in the team. I am selfishly gutted though because I cannot recall a player Ive ever enjoyed watching more than him. Prime Yaya perhaps comes close, but every game he has at least one or two moments that blow my mind.
Poor bastard, you'd think the knee injury would be enough. One the plus sde it'll give him some time to spend with his pregnant wife.
KdB is our best player and we will undoubtedly miss him and probably have a relative drop in performance because he is so good. But any suggestions that this injury indicates a lack of cover and poor business in the summer is complete nonsense.Attacking midfield with Silva, Gundogan, Bernardo, Foden and Zinchencko is probably our best equipped position on the pitch.

Must admit I don't see Mahrez playing quite as deeply as Kev but we'll see what Pep does.Mahrez is the one. He can pass all day and probably carries just as much goal threat as KDB from free-kicks and being able to drive the edge of the penalty area.
Certainly better than Gundogan.
