Heard them talking on the radio about that they are trialling using kangaroo ligaments in humans, for obvious reasons.

Sheesh! You'd have thought I said something out of the ordinary.

I've concluded that there are posters who oppose anything I say on principle.

There is nothing controversial about saying CMs are more critical to a team than fullbacks. They are. And Kev is far better than Mendy.

As a general idea, fullbacks are not as critical, and specifically Mendy is not as critical as Kevin. And fullbacks are not generally more critical on Pep's teams than CMs.

FFS Mendy is the cherry on top. Kevin is the god-damned Cake!

To even compare them is ridiculous.

Brilliant! Someone who gets it!

No full back under Pep provides width or comes inside thus releasing the midfield players to attack en mass supporting the advanced midfielders and striker/ strikers.

Ever.

Apologies if similar already posted (56 pages!). As I get older, I am often surprised by how often things are blessings in disguise. Kev not noted for taking things easy or being a fan of rotation. He had an obvious dip in form in the second half of last season and looked knackered. This will force a good rest after the World Cup and we get him back hopefully fit and rested.

Yeah Kev was booted all around the field all last season, it's a miracle he didn't get seriously injured. A rest and good time to rehab could have back better than ever.
